01
Challenge
The existing site had grown over time. Content was hard to find, journeys competed with each other, and the experience no longer reflected the brand.
02
Goals
- Make stores, dining and events easy to discover
- Create one consistent experience across web and mobile
- Give business teams a structure they can maintain
03
Approach
- 1Gathered requirements from retail, marketing and leasing stakeholders
- 2Defined the information architecture and key journeys
- 3Designed the UX/UI and ran review rounds to approval
- 4Prepared development handover and managed delivery in Jira
- 5Coordinated QA, security assessment and personal testing before launch
04
Decisions
Simplify navigation
Grouped content around what visitors come to do — shop, dine, visit — rather than internal departments.
Search-led discovery
Made finding a store the fastest journey on the site.
One system, many teams
Built reusable page patterns so content teams can scale without new design work.
